We are the longest-standing allergy clinic in Waco, providing comprehensive allergy, asthma, and eczema care for decades. Our physicians are all board-certified in Allergy & Immunology and have more than 75 years of combined experience. Our physicians are regularly recognized as the best of the best, earning recognition as Super Doctors and Wacoan magazine’s Best of Waco numerous times.
We take pride in our reputation as being a patient-friendly office. We listen to our patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs. We continuously strive for improvements in patient care and make patient satisfaction a priority for our physicians and staff.
Although our main clinic is located in Waco, we also operate weekly satellite clinics in Mexia, Hillsboro, and Gatesville. We have a comfortable allergy injection area designed to maximize patient safety, a friendly and well-trained staff, and extended clinic hours for patient convenience.

N. J. AMAR, M.D.
N. J. Amar, M.D. is board certified by both The American Board of Pediatrics and The American Board of Allergy & Immunology. He completed medical school and pediatric residency training in India. After a few years of practice in India, he completed pediatric residency training at Downstate Medical School in New York. He went on to complete a fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at Rutgers Medical School.

EPHRAIM THALLER, M.D.
Ephraim Thaller, M.D. graduated with a Bachelor degree from The Johns Hopkins University of Baltimore, Maryland in 1996. He attended medical school at Texas A&M Health Science Center and completed a pediatric residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). He went on to complete a fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at UTMB.

NEIL AMAR, M.D.
Neil Amar, M.D graduated summa cum laude from Houston Baptist University with degrees in biology and business administration. He attended medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston before returning to UTMB to complete a fellowship in Allergy & Immunology.
